Weekend Notes

SS Test will be on Monday.  Study Chapter 4, your class notes, and the review sheet.

Catholic Schools Week is next week!  Please refer to the schedule that was sent home Thursday.  There is no poetry recitation as stated in the newsletter.

We will be working on a special tee shirt project on Monday. The tee shirts and markers will be provided.   Please bring in a firm piece of cardboard to use as a backing while you work.

Snow Day Notes

Our Math Quiz will be tomorrow.  Review number patterns, division with and without remainders, and divisibility rules.

Our Religion Test will now be on Friday.

Our Social Studies Test will now be postponed to Monday, January 27th.  Review sheets went home yesterday.

This week's spelling words will be repeated next week since we didn't have enough time to work with them.  You will be tested on these words next Friday, January 31st.

Tag Day will be tomorrow, January 23rd.- $2.00.

Obviously, God gives special attention to children's prayers...enjoy the snow!

Homework # 61

1) Math- WB pg. 61 # 1-10. Quiz tomorrow (number patterns, division with and without remainders)

2) SS- test Friday-Chapter 4 (pgs. 104-123)

3) English- WB pg 61

2) SS- Set up a two-column chart.  Tell two parts of Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream that came true, and two parts that haven't happened yet.

3) Spelling- Corrections 5 times each.

Please return your final copy of your persuasive letter on Monday.

Also, your invertebrate booklets are due.  Please return.  They count as a project grade.

Kindly check the status of your notebooks.  Some notebooks are full and need to be replaced.
