Here is Mrs. Maron's official "Butter Beer" (Harry Potter) recipe.  We enjoyed a delicious batch last week...yum!

     1 quart vanilla ice cream
     32 oz. of your favorite cream soda
     1/4 cup butterscotch syrup

1) Mix ice cream, cream soda, and butterscotch syrup in a blender until combined

2) Divide between glasses

3) Place a scoop of either ice cream or whipped cream in glass.

4) Serve and enjoy!  Thank you for sharing!
